Kevin D. Jenkins is accomplished in business and brand development, strategic planning, economic development, and non-profit management and fundraising. His ability and documented history of driving achievements for several prestigious organizations make Jenkins a powerhouse. He has shared these talents with non-profits such as UGHA and social enterprises such as Freedom Travel Alliance and the former Chief Executive Officer of Urban Global Health Alliance. He was the co-chair of the Zelenko Freedom Foundation and former Chairman of CHD Florida and presently the Chairman of Health Freedom Florida, where he worked tirelessly to create the first Civil Rights Bill protecting the rights of American citizens and their body sovereignty. The scope of his global experience has spanned virtually all aspects of business, governmental affairs, and public policy, coupled with leadership and team building. He is a graduate of Saint Benedicts Preparatory School, attended Saint Peters College, and is a graduating Fellow of Leadership New Jersey – Class of 1995. He has also worked with Dreyfus Health Foundation to improve community health and wellness in Ghana, Kenya, and Japan.
Jenkins has extensive experience in the corporate arena, managing portfolios of over $454M. As City Strategy Group (CSG) Chief Operating Officer (2014 -2018), he is responsible for negotiating Prime Healthcare’s acquisition of Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, NJ for $180M and saving thousands of jobs; securing community support through the engagement of parents to advance the issue of school choice and development of an education platform for KIPP New Jersey and securing the opening of Thrive Academy, one of the largest elementary charter schools in the city of Newark, NJ; navigated Lotus Equity Group through the unique challenges, marketing opportunities, multi-transit system, and port access during the development of Bear Stadium in Newark, NJ; and negotiated Claremont Construction’s $100M development of New Jersey Institute of Technology Campus Housing in Newark, NJ. As a Partner of The Jericho Group (2007-2014), Mr. Jenkins managed large scale projects via sustainable development in Economic, Environmental, and Social areas as follows: Tucker Group acquisition of the Springfield Avenue Mixed-Used Development Project in the city of Newark, NJ for $160M, resulting in 152 residential and storefront dwellings, including ShopRite retail brand; created a $12M strategic public/private initiative to develop a veterans supportive housing project in Newark, NJ; superintended the management of $194K federally funded solar energy project in East Orange, NJ; developed a series of workforce development seminars for ages 14-18, providing students with hands-on knowledge of the global market place for Children’s Hospital, Newark, NJ; developed a $2.5M HUD Urban Youth Affordable Housing Project, servicing at-risk/homeless youth for Rosa & Associates, Newark, NJ; and secured Wastewater Disposal Agreements in NY/NJ Metro Area, supporting the development of Middletown NY Waste Ethanol Facility.
With this extensive and full professional vitae, Kevin Jenkins is also a visiting professor at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ, developing future leaders in non-profit leadership development. Kevin is also a truth warrior and works to level the global playing field by exposing the hidden agendas, lies, corruption, and distorted versions of truth that continuously divide our communities. Traveling over 738,000 miles throughout America, Kevin understands the desperate need to educate all Americans on the importance of freedom and justice. He is a regular on the public speaking circuit, shining the light on the truth about medical practices and sectors of the medical community for those who are not given access to all the facts. He is currently a Chief Strategy Officer for Cardio Miracle, responsible for new market expansion to Make America Healthy Again and Founder of the Black American Health Initiative, educating Black Americans across the country on the importance of building strong and healthy communities.
